GQW795 Head of Account Receivable
Our client is looking for a Head of the account receivable to join their team in Bogotá, Colombia. We’re looking for an experienced professional to be responsible for managing all Account Receivable operations globally from the HUB in Bogotá. The professional’s main responsibilities will be: – Teambuilding: set-up and develop the Shared Service Accounts Receivable team in Bogota. – Build up your core team that drives customer satisfaction, process efficiency and working capital reduction at the highest standards. – Project and change management: lead and support of the AR roll-in projects in the IBLA region (e.g. incoming payments processing, dunning, outgoing payments processing, closing, risk&credit; management, collection & dispute management, customer master data management, intercompany business, reporting &analyses;). Process shift from local subsidiaries to the SSC. – Close collaboration with the internal stakeholders (sales organizations, local accounting teams, global treasury, other SSCs, global & regional process coordination teams). – Design, simplification, digitization, standardization and automation of the order-to-cash process.
