Your Role and Responsibilities
- SAP HCM Module Consultant:
- Knowledge and experience in HCM module processes
- Experience in configuration of the HCM PY payroll module, strong knowledge and experience in localization Colombia.
- Experience in configuration of master data and OM, PA, PT and PY processes
- Time management experience.
- Experience in integration with other modules (FI, CO)
- Experience in ABAP development for functionalities of the module with functions and payroll operations
- Configuration of wage types, payroll rules, averages
- Experience in integrations
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Basic Knowledge
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
SAP ECC or SAP S / 4 HANA Certifications (Preferred)
English language: Oral communication skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
4 HANA Certifications (Preferred)
