Requisitos: Working experience:
– Experience in customer service role, in contact with customers and/or suppliers for incident management and administration support is desirable.
– Knowledge and experience related to contract management and/or accounting activities, including follow up and monitoring with deadlines and quality standards.
Technical & business related knowledge:
– Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
– Basic level and some experience in SAP/FI is desirable.
Language skills:
– Fluent English & Swedish or Danish for business use is mandatory.
– Other European languages within SSC scope would be appreciated.
