Summary of the role: Are you the next SAP Billing Analyst we are looking for?
You will prepare, execute and monitor automated and manual billing processes for Amadeus markets, to apply new requirements, identify problems, analyze and solve them.
You will be responsible to connect between the local customers and business partners, as well as other business units and the central team for billing activities.In this role you’ll:
Perform independently operational billing activities for Amadeus products and services
Closely work together with other colleagues in a team on the support and execution of billing processes
Be a business partner for our internal departments, our management and customers, providing support and advise for all billing related topics
Collaborate with other units in Amadeus and provide input on the evolution of billing related processes
Be eager to work on local and international projectsAbout the ideal candidate:
Education: Background in Accounting & Finance and/or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Relevant Work Experience:
You have at least 2 years’ work experience in a similar position
You have experience in Billing Processes & SAP SD Module
Experience in a multinational company is a plus
Business Understanding:
You have the ability to review and comprehend contractual terms, experience in problem solving methodology and a strong customer focus & accountability.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish, both internal and customer facing.
You like to work a multinational environment, being highly self-motivated and can work effectively within a team.
Skills:
Computing: Expert Level in MS Office business tools
Languages: English and Spanish (advanced level)
Specific Knowledge: SAP
